HearWell Hereford  is a family business run by Clive Williams, an audiologist with twenty-five years of experience operating at all levels within the private and NHS sectors. 
The day to day operational team of Kieran Williams, Audiologist with eight years audiological experience in the private sector and Marilyn Cook with over fifteen years, supporting patients as a Health Care Assistant within independent and national companies
 

Being independent, and the only hearing centre in Hereford to offer all of its services in one place, Clive, Kieran and Marilyn are completely customer and patient focused putting your hearing needs first.


The HearWell Hearing Centre is not on the High Street. We have deliberately located ourselves on a busy business trading area of Hereford to allow people easy access to its hearing care services.
 
We have free parking, level entry and access throughout the centre so no need to worry about steps or stairs.
 
Inside, the spacious environment allows patients and customers to feel relaxed with a cup of  our special blends of tea and coffee.
 
The clinical area is split between the hearing test section and earwax removal section. This allows family and friends to view, support and be involved in whatever the appointment is for.
 
For hearing tests the centre has up to date equipment including a sound proof booth to ensure accurate test results, fully calibrated audiometer and the ability to program every make of todays hearing aids.
 

The centre is fully equipped to complete hearing tests and the supply hearing aids from all leading companies including Widex, Starkey, GN Resound, Oticon and Phonak. 

 
As well as hearing aids and ear wax removal, HearWell offers custom made ear protection from industrial noise, shooting and swim moulds made just for you. 
 
If you are an employer with employees who may be exposed to loud noise HearWell will complete employee hearing tests on your premises, keeping your employees health as a priority. By having your employees hearing tested you reduce the risk of potential future claims and at the same time makes you the employer compliant with HSE Health Surveillance guidelines.
