Contact Ear Wax Removal UK

We're a network of independent ear wax removal clinics across the UK. Each clinic takes its own bookings, so if you need an appointment, the quickest route is to contact a clinic near you.

Looking for an appointment?

Search by town or postcode, then book online or ring the clinic. We pass booking requests and messages to the clinics, but we're not clinicians and can't give medical advice.

Clinics and everything else

For registrations and all other enquiries, please use the form to send us a message. If you run a clinic and would like to be listed, you can also read how joining works.

What happens next

Where your message goes

There are three ways to get in touch through this site, and each one reaches different people. Here's who reads what.

Booking requests go to the clinic

When you send a booking request, it goes to the clinic you picked. They get in touch to confirm a time, and we email you a copy so you know it was sent.

Messages to a clinic go straight to them

Every clinic page has its own contact form. Those messages go to the clinic by email and the clinic replies to you directly, not through us.

Messages to us come to our team

Registrations, questions about a listing and anything else sent with the form on this page reach the Ear Wax Removal UK team. We reply by email or phone.

Quick answers

Before you write to us

The answers to the questions we're asked most often. For more about ear wax and how removal works, see our full FAQ.

Can you give me advice about my ears?

We're sorry, but we can't. We aren't clinicians, so we can't diagnose problems or say whether you need wax removed. A pharmacist is a good first stop for a blocked ear, and the clinics in our network can answer questions about their own treatments.

Contact your GP or NHS 111 straight away if you have sudden hearing loss, severe pain, discharge or bleeding from the ear, a high temperature, or dizziness that won't settle.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Contact the clinic directly. Each clinic runs its own diary, and you'll find its phone number on its clinic page. We can't move or cancel appointments on a clinic's behalf.

I sent a booking request. What happens now?

The clinic will contact you to agree a time, usually by phone or email. You should also have an email from us confirming the request was sent. If you haven't heard anything, ring the clinic, as it's often the quickest way to get booked in.

How much does ear wax removal cost?

Each clinic sets its own prices. As a rough guide, private microsuction for both ears often costs somewhere between £45 and £100, and home visits usually cost more. Check the clinic's page or ask when you book.

Our guide to ear wax removal costs explains what the price usually covers.

I run an ear care clinic. How do I get listed?

Send us your details through the registration form on our join our network page, or use the form on this page. We'll get in touch to talk it through.
